Georgia setup: your questions.
IE or LLC: what is the difference?
An IE is an individual business. An LLC is a separate legal entity with ownership and management documents. We confirm the appropriate form before accepting the service.
Is Small Business Status included?
IE Launch, IE Operating Base and IE + Work Route include application support where the activity is eligible. The Revenue Service decides the status. Registration alone does not grant it, and the IE regime is not an LLC package.
What will I pay now and later?
Submitting the request is free. We confirm STRATA fees, public charges, essential preparation, address and taxes before payment. Bank charges, renewals and any accounting subscription are separately identified. Payment arrangements follow your written scope confirmation.
Can I complete everything remotely?
The document route must be verified for your nationality, activity and provider. Any required travel, originals, translation, certification or power of attorney will be disclosed before payment.
Does Operating include a bank account or monthly accounting?
Operating includes agreed banking application support and accounting handover, not approval or a subscription. Banks decide acceptance. Recurring accounting requires a named provider and separate billing, service and cancellation terms.
Will Georgian registration remove tax obligations elsewhere?
No. Residence, where you work and where the business is managed still matter. Cross-border questions need competent professional review. Sometimes the useful answer is to stay local.
