A solo founder usually starts with the IE route plus a bank or payment application. A founding team, investors or reinvested revenue point to the LLC. Virtual Zone status is a separate application for qualifying IT companies; we explain it, we do not promise it.

What is not guaranteed
- Small Business, Micro Business or Virtual Zone status: each is decided by the relevant authority.
- Acceptance by Stripe, Wise, Paysera or any bank: providers decide.
- Any specific tax rate or outcome.

Is the Virtual Zone included?
No. It is a separate application for qualifying IT companies, filed with the Financial-Analytical Service. We quote it separately when your profile suggests it.
Can I use Stripe from Georgia?
Payment-provider availability depends on the provider, your entity type and your activity. We prepare the application you choose; the provider decides.
IE or LLC for a SaaS?
Solo and bootstrapped: often IE. Team, investors or reinvesting: LLC. The written recommendation says which, and why.
