Licensed Georgian lawyers and accountants take the regulated steps; banks and authorities decide.

Shared ownership, a team or reinvested profits point to the LLC. Under Georgia’s distributed-profit model, retained profits are generally not taxed until distributed. A one-person studio with no partners may still fit the IE route.

Can my co-founder abroad be a shareholder?
Yes, foreign individuals and companies can own a Georgian LLC. We check the ownership and management structure before filing.
Does the 1% status apply to an LLC?
No. Small Business Status is for individual entrepreneurs. An LLC is taxed under the corporate rules, generally on distributed profits.
Can you hire people for us?
We coordinate the structure and the accountant. Employment contracts and payroll are handled with the accountant and, where needed, a lawyer, under their own engagement.
