Your free request

The initial request through Tally is free. A person reviews your details and replies by email with the relevant next step. This is not a purchase, filing authorisation, tax recommendation or suitability decision. A package preference is a starting point, not an order: confirm or change it in the form. Saving a request does not by itself confirm that a notification or reply has been delivered.

Your agreed services

STRATA coordinates the work accepted in your written scope. The current packages are IE Launch, IE Operating Base, IE + Work Route and Georgian LLC Operating Setup. An IE is an individual business; an LLC is a separate legal entity. Provider capacity and suitability must be confirmed before a commitment is made. Small Business Status support is an application service, not a purchased tax outcome.

Services such as banking preparation, an address, tax or VAT registration, accounting, payment solutions and launch support are included only where explicitly agreed for your profile and route. Your scope identifies inclusions, exclusions, the responsible supplier, document requirements, any travel or original-document requirement, delivery dependencies, recurring costs and cancellation conditions. Essential document preparation is a required cost where applicable, not an optional extra. No extras are preselected.

Fees, payment and ongoing accounting

Your quote separates the STRATA service fee, public charges, professional and other third-party costs, and applicable taxes. Recurring accounting is separate from an accountant handover: its provider, start date, billing, declarations, limits and cancellation terms must be agreed before it starts.

Online payments are currently unavailable. No payment, subscription, filing or provider handoff starts automatically. Before any future payment or reservation, the seller, commercial terms and payment arrangements must be confirmed and your written scope accepted. Any deposit amount, allocation, cancellation and refund terms must be shown and accepted before payment. A return or confirmation page alone is not evidence that a payment has completed.

Responsibilities and independent decisions

STRATA coordinates the agreed process. Individually regulated advice belongs to an appropriately qualified professional under a separate agreed scope. Registration does not automatically change tax residence or remove tax, reporting or local operating obligations elsewhere. Eligibility, banking and authority decisions are not guaranteed. Banking, payment accounts, accounting, residency and other services are not included unless explicitly agreed.

A specifically agreed provider may help deliver the chosen service. An optional referral requires separate consent before your details are shared. There is no automatic submission to a bank or formation provider. Identity-document collection requires a separately agreed secure provider channel. Do not send passports, bank statements, account numbers or credentials through the request, email or chat.

Your information and follow-up

New setup requests are collected through Tally and recorded in Google Sheets. STRATA maintains request and follow-up records for human review and email replies. Contact consent covers this request and its follow-up, not marketing. The originating page, request link, package reference and approved campaign information provide attribution; they do not indicate a purchase or a suitability decision.

Earlier requests remain in the restricted site database. Optional access to an existing case uses ChatGPT sign-in and the same email address. Existing requests, accepted contracts, prices, payment arrangements and written terms continue to apply to their own cases. A new request does not amend them.

Anonymous aggregate measurement is on by default and can be disabled through Aggregate analytics. It uses daily predefined action totals without form answers, contact details or visitor identifiers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Earlier screening and setup journeys may keep temporary drafts in this browser tab for up to 24 hours; you can clear them. Retention and your rights

Unconverted new leads are reviewed manually for deletion after 90 days, including relevant Tally responses, Google Sheets records, follow-up records and email copies. This is not automatic deletion. Earlier requests retain their manual deletion review. Contract, payment and accounting records have separate retention obligations.

Tally and Google have their own service terms and privacy information, linked in the privacy notice. Account-specific data-processing agreements, data locations and applicable transfer safeguards have not been independently verified. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, withdraw optional consent and complain to your relevant supervisory authority. Contact stratafinancial@pm.me.
