Your written scope names the business form, selected services, document route, providers, delivery stages and complete cost.

Package and options.

Public cards show the proposed STRATA service fee and core inclusions. Required government charges, third-party documents, address terms, applicable taxes and recurring services are itemised before payment. Additional requests do not automatically become purchases.

Independent decisions.

Banking preparation, status applications and permit coordination are agreed services. Banks and authorities decide approval. Formal legal and tax opinions belong to the qualified professional named in your scope.

A usable handover.

Actual records and responses, open items and assigned next actions. Recurring accounting requires its own agreed provider, volume, billing and cancellation terms.

Your wider position.

Georgian registration does not change tax residence by itself or remove obligations elsewhere. Activity, ownership, management and work location may require further review before the setup can be accepted.
